Sonora, in Northern Mexico, is known for their flour tortillas and is the home of Servio Garcia, one of our co-owners. We’ve been making our flour tortillas since 2019 when we opened Taqueria El Barrio. We started retailing our tortillas in 2020, and have been working to bring more traditional Northern Mexican flavors to our favorite local grocers ever since.
